There is nothing like a good ole fashion Sunday afternoon barbecue. Whether you are grilling chicken, pork, alligator or fish, I’ve got a recipe for you. Down south we barbecue just about anything. In the picture below, we’ve got some chicken tenders, fresh chicken sausage and some fresh jalapeno chicken patties. All covered in a delicious Amish barbecue sauce. This recipe is very sweet almost a dessert.

Amish Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
4 cups ketchup
dash Worchestershire sauce
1 teas. soy sauce
2 teas. dry mustard
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups vinegar
2 teas. ginger
2 teas. chili powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups white sugar
1 can tomato
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Next, spread on meat. Finally, store the Sauce in mason jars and refrigerate. Now you have a whole supply of Amish Barbecue Sauce. Use on any main course that you grill.
